美国高中留学面试要准备什么

　　上周李老师有一个非常优秀的学生，从重庆到深圳去参加美国高中校长的单独面试。随着越来越多的低龄段学生留学，这里给大家分析一下，如何面试。

　　首先，充分了解面试学校和面试官;建议同学们要先通过学校的官网对学校进行一个全面的了解，包括位置，课程，社团活动等等，找到和自身条件契合，或者感兴趣的点，这样才能在面试过程中，与面试官进行良好的互动。

　　其次，明确自身优势;美国顶尖高中对学生的要求，实际上是不亚于大学的要求的。因此，在整个面试中，要尽量的去展示自己的各方面的特点。准备辅助的材料，比如照片，作品等等，通过画面去拓展话题。摒弃硬性条件的要求，学生更喜欢有多彩学生活动，有良好领导组织能力，热衷于公益活动，有自己长期坚持的特长的孩子。

　　最后，自信和流利的表达;以上说的两个方面，都需要我们用英语来表达，流利的口语表达能力，会帮助你更清晰的展示自己，也能让面试官知道，你是具备能够到美国独立生活学习的能力。

　　1. Why do you want to study in the US, and why do you want to attend SCHOOL NAMEin particular?

　　2. Describe yourself as a student. What are you best traits as a student, etc?

　　3. What do you do when you need help with something? What do you do when something is difficult?

　　4. What do you do for fun? Could you tell me about your personal interests?

　　5. Tell me a little bit about your Mother and Father. Do they want you to come to the US for school or is it your decision (or is it a combination of the both)?

　　6. If I were to ask your best friend about you, what do you think they would say?

　　7. If you came to SCHOOL NAME, what would you take advantage of the most?

　　8. Could you tell me a little bit about your educational background? What type of school do you go to now? What do you like about it? What do you not like about it?

　　9. (For Students with Special Skills) If you came to SCHOOL NAME would you want to teach your classmates your special skill?

　　10. Bring up a specific program that you offer at your school and gauge the student’s interest. See if they knew anything about the program or if they showed interest in learning more.
