加拿大留学：转学通知移民部的操作指导

去的话，如果转学，违法不？老多人如此的问我，只能回答，这个行为本身不违法，但是让很多为你辛苦工作过却颗粒无收的人心情不好，而且，类似的行为将会逐渐被一些学校所抵制。

介绍，普通的转学，其实是可以的，合理的，合法的。如果你先获得UBC的通知书，去签证。获得签证之后麦吉尔给您发来通知书。你现在要去麦吉尔了。那么你在入境的前后最好做一个在线的转学通知部的程序，另外，加拿大的学校也会每年2次的汇报移民部关于全部学生的状态。因此，你没有成功做这个在线程序也无所谓。

在过去，有些同学做了这个在线的转学通知移民部的程序，很容易，通过了。有些同学错误的理解了部分的内容，始终无法通过。有些时候，系统繁忙，专家你也不好使，无法登录，你咋操作？后来移民部给一些人的答复是，不做这个程序也没有关系，因为是系统的问题。

由于加拿大签证的难题，很多学生“曲线救国”。拿着本科的通知书或者硕士的通知书去签证，入境加拿大之后，直接奔向魁北克，开始PEQ的浪漫之旅。也有的用这个学校的通知书签证，因为合乎签证的古怪逻辑，入境加拿大后，投入了另外一个学校的怀抱。这些，我们都理解。因为，不合乎人性的签证规则必将导致不合乎情理的结果。

主要是分2个步骤，

第一：把如下文件准备好：

护照，签证，学习许可，获签信，签证申请表主表（IMM1294），新的学校的通知书

第二步：在CIC网站注册帐号，填写转学的信息

第二步：（声明：为了便于大家理解，我提供了虚拟的信息）

首先你要在加拿大移民部的网站注册一个帐号，并且起个特殊的密码，比如52Canada

为了让你在忘记密码的情况下顺利找回密码，网站给你提供了若干的密码提示问题，你自己也可以设定自己的密码提示问题，并且设定答案，这些内容一定要备案：

点击Continue to GCKey 的按钮

GCKey （其实就是你在移民部网站的用户名和密码，可以多次使用的）

用户名（容易记忆的）：qianzhengzhuanjia

密码： 52Canada

密码安全问题.

如果忘记密码，则可以回答问题，找回。questions Answers ( 全部小写)

然后你还要创建这些安全问题和答案，这个就相当于口令，移民部的各位大哥无法和您见面，也不能视频啥的，只能通过这些口令来识别您的身份。

以上注册程序完毕，就要进行如下的程序了。信息仅供参考啊，我很久没有做这个程序了，CIC 都已经更名为IRCC了，因此，其中部分内容也许有变化。
