　　一、出国成绩单(英文成绩单)均未注明GPA，如果需要办理GPA证明，请您先计算出自己的平均绩点，并按照下面模板写出英文的GPA证明，用B5或A4纸(空白纸或者中山大学信纸)打印后拿到东校区行政楼A208室给相关工作人员核对正确(或者发邮件至jwcxjk@mail.sysu.edu.cn核对)后，方可盖章。

　　GPA证明应写清楚个人的基本资料(包括入学时间、专业、院系、出生年月等)、自己的平均绩点及计算标准。

　　请各位同学实事求是计算出平均绩点，谢谢合作!

　　二、如果需要办理排名证明，请先前往本人所在院系请教务员开据相应的证明，然后由本人翻译成英文，随后拿着院系证明及写好的英文证明一起到教务处学籍科盖章。

　　三、受理时间：周一、周二全天;周三至周五上午。(办公时间 上午：9:00～11:30，下午：1:00～4:30)

　　注：GPA与排名证明可以写在一张证明上面。
