加拿大探亲签证申请指南.

　　加拿大探亲签证属于加拿大临时居民访问签证，是一种因私访问签证，主要用于国外亲人和朋友去加拿大探亲访友，探亲签证的有效期一般是 3 个月，可以在加拿大境内办理延期。

　　申请者除了需要符合加拿大临时访问签证的基本要求并提供访问签证必须提供的材料外，还需要通过如下特定材料。

　　申请加拿大临时访问签证的基本要求

　　* 身体健康，不会对加拿大的公共卫生造成危害或对医疗和社会服务带来过重的负担;

　　* 无犯罪记录和企图(18岁之前的犯罪记录视情况而定，有可能可以申请);

　　* 通过安全检查，不会对加拿大社会和公共安全造成威胁;

　　* 持有合法有效的旅行证件(如护照等);

　　* 拥有足够资金保证您在加拿大停留期间的生活支出;

　　* 邀请函等凭证以证明访问加拿大的目的(这是最关键的)

　　要想成功申请加拿大临时居民访问签证，最重要的是能够向签证官证明你的访问理由是充分的，并且能够在签证到期前离开加拿大，否则拒签的风险就会很大。

　　Checklist for Private Visitor Temporary Resident Visa Application (Visiting family or friends)

　　1. Original passport or travel document including at least one blank page, and valid for at least one month from the date you intend to leave Canada.

　　至少有一页空白页的护照或旅行证件原件，此证件有效期至少要持续到申请人计划从加拿大离境后的一个月

　　2.Four passport-size photos (colour or black and white) taken within the past 6 months and including the date of birth (day/month/year) and applicant’s name clearly printed in pinyin on the back of each photo.

　　4. Two self-addressed adhesive labels per person, including the applicant’s name, address and postal code in Chinese characters.

　　5.Two signed (original signature) and dated copies of “Application for Temporary Resident Visa” Form (English/French),including your employer’s telephone and fax numbers in box 10.

　　6. One signed (original signature) and dated copy of the “Family Composition/Education and Employment” form (Chinese and English/French).

　　一份申请人签字(原始签名)并注明日期的家属表及教育和就业细节表格(中文及英文/法文)

　　7. A copy of the inviter’s citizenship or immigration status document (for example, IMM1000, IMM5292, Permanent Resident Card – copies of both sides, Study Permit, Work Permit).

　　邀请人的公民身份证明的复印件(例如 IMM1000 ，永久居住卡两面的复印件，学习许可，工作许可)

　　8. An invitation letter stating the purpose of visit.

　　说明访问理由的邀请信

　　9. A list showing all the people in the inviter’s household.

　　附有邀请人家庭成员的清单

　　10. Parental Letter of Consent authorizing travel for children under the age of 18 years.

　　11. A completed form “Use of a Representative” if applicable.

　　12. Proof of inviters&apos&apos income and financial situation. This should be in the form of independent, third-party documentation from a Canadian source which is reliable or easily verifiable (for example but not limited to: Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessments [NOA], employment letter showing salary, pay stubs, bank statements, T4 or financial statements prepared by a licensed professional). If inviter is studying, letter of acceptance from the school and/or transcripts.

If employed, a signed original letter on letterhead paper from the employer granting leave of absence, and including the following information: the applicant’s name, position, and current salary. It must include the employer’s name and address in Chinese characters, as well as the telephone and fax number.

　　14.If retired, a Retirement Certificate indicating the applicant’s pension.

　　15. Funds: original bank documents showing financial history over several months or years

　　16. Evidence of assets in China (e.g. house property certificate, vehicle registration, etc.)

　　Note/If you intend to travel to the United States during your visit to Canada, you do not need a multiple-entry visa in order to re-enter Canada directly from the United States during the period for which you wereoriginally admitted to Canada.

　　Please note that where a multiple entry visa is paid for but, at the discretion of the visa officer, a single-entry visa is issued, the fee difference will not be runded. Moreover, the processing fee is non-rundable for any application that is withdrawn orrused.
