全职妈妈歧视是什么.

　　为了更好地照顾小孩，不少女性选择辞去工作在家里当全职妈妈。在一些人看来，全职妈妈待在家里，不用每天奔波去上班，似乎很闲适的样子;甚至还有一些人对全职妈妈抱有歧视心理，觉得她们没有追求，不上进。这种歧视态度就叫motherism。

This entrenched lack of respect can mean that relative to their professional counterparts, full-time mums are held in lower esteem and regarded as less interesting individuals who&aposve taken a downwards step both socially and intellectually because they&aposve elected to stay at home.
