　　Project Title: Precision medicine for aggressive lymphoma

　　We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly-motivated individual to drive bioinformatic software development for a large collaborative project to apply precision medicine in the area of aggressive lymphomas. The project is in collaboration with the Haematological Malignancy Diagnostic Service (HMDS) at St. James University Hospital (Leeds), and the Universities of Southampton, Oxford, Cambridge and Queen Mary (London). Your main role will be in the planning, implementation and deployment of the bioinformatic software (including databases) needed by the consortium, and will be carried out within the Leeds MRC Medical Bioinformatics Centre and Leeds Institute for Data Analytics (LIDA).

　　You will have a PhD (or be about to submit a thesis for examination) in bioinformatics or a closely related discipline, and expertise with bioinformatic software. Knowledge of the relevant biology would be an advantage. This would be an ideal post for someone aiming to establish a career in medical bioinformatics.
