　　另一个是gray economy,在grey economy中，more costly and complex regulation, more GDP,所以在富有的国家中，列举几个国家有希腊西班牙，他们排在前面，而美国意大利却在后面

　　第二段好像是怎么 offset grey economy

　　就记得这么多了，ielts阅读也考8，可是时间比较紧，又在裸奔，实在难细看文章，大家见谅，我没有贴题目，因为害怕误导大家，先入为主。
