Official transcripts are not required as part of the application. All applicants are required to upload unofficial transcripts directly to the online application. Transcripts that are sent directly to the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences can not be added to your application.If you are admitted and accept the offer of admission, you will be required to send official transcripts to the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences from all colleges attended prior to matriculation. All transcripts must be in English. If you are submitting a transcript that is not in English, you must submit a certified English translation of the transcript and degrees awarded.

Recommendation Letter:
Two official letters of recommendation. Recommendations should be submitted through the online recommendation system. Photocopies and other facsimiles, such as scanned/emailed or faxed documents will not be considered official.
Writing Sample:
A writing sample/academic paper written in Spanish (not more than 15 pages)
Other Document:
A summary page of grades and descriptions of all courses taken in the field of Hispanic literature
